Savor the true essence of the countryside in the exterior of this beautiful rustic villa. The furnished terrace and the private chlorine pool are the real protagonists. The pool has a size of 6 x 3 m and a depth of 1 to 1.5 m. Enjoy a breakfast, a few rays of sun on the 4 sun loungers, a refreshing bath and a delicious barbecue.
When entering to the house, there is a mild stay that combines the living room, - with TV-SAT, air conditioning and a decorative wood stove -, with the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop. Immediately after, there is a corridor that gives you access to the two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an exit to the terrace. There are a cot and a high chair available. The bathroom of the house has a shower. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Pets and the holding of events are forbidden.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The property is located at 4.6 km from the center of Algaida, a beautiful inland village with the basic services for your stay and an extensive range of gastronomy. By being centrally located on the island, it has easy and quick access in any direction. The nearest beach is Ca?n Pastilla, at 16.1 km, although you can go all over the coast and visit nice coves and dreamy beaches such as Es Trenc.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night from May 1 until October 31.
