Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung Kata verbracht. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern zu 100% und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage lässt sich für alle Räume individuell einstellen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten uns über einen gefüllten Kühlschrank freuen. Ausreichend Handtücher sind zusätzlich noch vorhanden. Die Vermieter sprechen sehr gut deutsch und stehen bei Fragen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Der Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt und war sehr sauber. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Tanja und Branka, die uns immer wieder mit frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten und Wein versorgt haben. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und überlegen nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen.
