Our spacious apartment with 70 m2 was finished in May 2019 and the terrace was generously laid out. We took sustainability into consideration during construction and the sleeping area is equipped with a network activator.

Cancellation policy
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit for confirmation (booking security) and the issuance of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in event of a cancellation.
You can cancel for free up to three months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 40% of the booking rate. From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival the cancellation fee is 70 of the booking rate. In the last week prior to arrival, the fee is 90%.

Holiday destination
Our farm is located away from streets at the edge of the small village of Sarns near the city of Brixen, so you can enjoy every day in peace and know your children are safe.
If you like, you can walk through meadows and fruit orchards to the city of Brixen. Our farm's great location makes it a particularly good starting point for excursions into the surrounding mountains and meadows and to the wonderful mountain world of the nearby Unesco World Heritage site of the Dolomites.
Getting there
Coming from the north, it's best to take the Brixen Süd exit from the A22 and go further to Sarns. Coming from the south, drive to the end of the village or from the north directly at the entrance to the village, there is a noticeable sign, there turn into the Schotterstrasse, which will take you to the Rumlhof in 150 m.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal bei Norbert +Margit in Sarns Gäste. Allein der herzliche Empfang bei Anreise ist schon aller Ehren wert. Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön und man fühlt sich sofort "wie zu Hause"!! Familien finden auch hier genügend Platz und einen herrlichen Pool. Es ist wunderschön ruhig und die Gastgeber immer herzlich und wahre GASTGEBER. Viele tolle Ratschläge für die Ausflüge in der Umgebung durch allererster Hand. Stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wertschätzung der Gäste steht ganz oben - ebenfalls die Sicherheit der Gäste Dank Videoüberwachung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Um als GAST behandeln zu werden ist der Rumlhof ein Muss Von Sarns aus lässt sich das schöne Südtirol wunderbar erleben.

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse und sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Zwei wunderschöne Wochen. Wir kommen wieder!!!!
