Cancellation policy
Should the tenant wish to withdraw from the rental agreement for any reason before the start of the rental period, they are liable for the full rental fee as contractually agreed, if the holiday apartment cannot be rented out to someone else. In the event of a subsequent rental, a fee of 150 Euros will be charged for the inconvenience caused. The landlord recommends taking out cancellation insurance.

Host informationWe are a family from St. Gallen in Switzerland. The property has been expanded and furnished with great attention to detail. Since we also use the holiday apartment ourselves, the standard of completion and the furnishings are correspondingly high.

Wir sind das erste Mal am Lago Maggiore gewesen und es war super schön.
Die meiste Zeit haben wir allerdings in unserer Wohnung verbracht. Nicht weil wir nicht wussten wohin bzw.was wir machen sollten, sondern weil das Wetter so schön war und wir so eine tolle Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick hatten. Und die Ruhe....herrlich. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. TOP!!!

Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich ausgestattet, es fehlt an gar nichts, wunderschöne Lage mit schöner Terrasse und kleinem Garten, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter;
Ausflugsempfehlungen mit Hund: unbedingt Verzasca-Tal, Mühlen von Piero in Curiglia, Giro del Sole mit Einkehr im Grotto Bedore, Lago Delio mit Albergo Diana und der Cascate della Froda gleich nebenan :)
