Completely refurbished house in 2018, it is only 50m from the beautiful sandy beach of Saint-Germain-Sur-Ay, which is uncrowded even in summer. Inside you will find a spacious living area with an open full equipped kitchen, fire place, dining table for 6 people and a comfortable couch with French and German TV-channels. On the same floor, you will find a bedroom with queen bed (160x200), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. You will also find a large open space with office area (computer available) and a home cinema with a couch (3D projector and 5.1 audio system). Outside are closed private gardens, sunny terrace with dining table for 6, barbecue, garden furnitures and everything you may need.

The house is situated 50m from sandy uncrowded beaches, and backs onto unspoilt countryside with lovely walks in the dunes. A bakery as well as a restaurant is opened all year round. There are supermarkets and a good selection of shops and restaurants in the nearby towns of Lessay and La Haye du Puits.
