Our apartment in the house Alpenperle was built up in summer 2007. The condition of the house is famous.
You can find a little lounge in the entrance hall, room for the skis, heating for the shoes, elevator and garage with car-boxes.
The apartment is very well equipped and you can accommodate 4 – 6 people. All twin bedrooms have their own bathroom, with shower and WC. One more WC is for guests who sleep in the living room.
The apartment has a TV, Internet (at extra cost), a completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
Please consider: the whole house is considered a non-smoking area.
The location of the house Alpenperle is fantastic – in the heart of Ischgl.
To reach the Fimbabahn ski lift you only have to cross the street in front of the entrance. The most famous après ski bar “Kuhstall” after 200 metres.

Im Ort Ischgl gibt es auch zahlreiche Aktivitäten abseits der Piste. Sei es beim Rodelabend, im Tenniscenter oder bei einer Pferdeschlittenfahrt, in Ischgl ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Ischgl ist ein wahres Paradies für Sportbegeisterte. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen des Ortes, darunter zahlreiche Skiverleihstationen, elegante Shops, erstklassige Restaurants und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, sind bequem zu Fuß von eurem Apartment aus erreichbar. Der Einstieg in den berühmten Skizirkus von Ischgl liegt euch praktisch zu Füßen. Die Pardatschgratbahn, die euch direkt ins Skigebiet bringt, ist in Sichtweite. Einfach perfekt!

Die Stornokosten für Ferienwohnungen berechnen sich gemäß folgender Staffelung:
bis 45. Tag vor Beginn des Buchungszeitraums: 20%
ab dem 44. bis 35. Tag vor Beginn des Buchungszeitraums: 50%
ab dem 34. bis zum Beginn des Buchungszeitraums und bei Nichtantritt der Reise: 80%
Für eine kostenlose Stornierungsoption kann unsere Stornorate hinzu gebucht werden (zusätzlich 6,- € pro Person pro Nacht). Bis 30 Tage vor Anreise kann die Buchung dann kostenfrei storniert werden und der bereits gezahlte Betrag wird erstattet.
Die Nachtpreise sind vom Wochentag abhängig. Die genannten Preise sind Durchschnittspreise.
