Holiday destination
Altefähr is a great base for exploring the islands Rügen and Hiddensee as well as Stralsund and the surrounding region.
In the village you'll find a hair salon, a dentist and various eateries, including a Greek & a seafood restaurant. A ferry runs between Altefähr and Stralsund, and you can visit the harbours or the beautiful beach, whereas a trip to the Baltic Sea takes roughly 45 minutes.
Be sure to stop and take in the fantastic view across the Sund (a campsite) to Stralsund.

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus und auch diesmal war alles perfekt! Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass Hunde willkommen sind , unsere Vierbeiner haben sich genauso wohlgefühlt wie wir. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist top, die Lager sehr gut. Stralsund erreicht man in circa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles hat problemlos funktioniert, von der Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt. Super nette Vermieter. Immer erreichbar und total unkompliziert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder .

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Elisa und Mathias sind sehr herzliche und offene Menschen, es war wirklich super. Das Haus war sehr gut gelegen und man kann sich die Gegend anschauen und viel erleben. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen!
