The special holiday home that fulfils every wish.
Come and stay in a luxury non-smoking holiday home, built in 2007, a so-called SmartHome. The house is built of stone and sits on a 2500m² large property. You enter the house via a small hallway/vestibule with a guest toilet. The large hallway leads to the spacious living area with an open kitchen and dining area (with an extendable oak dining table that seats 10), and there you'll also find the staircase leading to the 1st floor. The living area features two large, beautiful recliners and a small table - perfect for relaxing, reading and taking in the magnificent view. There's also a huge TV and a sofa corner. The 1st floor consists of the bedrooms and a bathroom with an adjoining sauna, shower, double sink and tub. Two children's rooms are also located on that floor. The newly developed attic (March 2019) offers an extra sleeping accommodation for 2 people; the bed is by the window so you can enjoy the view. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and access to the balcony which overlooks the beautiful garden with lighting system. Amenities include 2 TVs, Parabol satellite, a radio/CD player and a fireplace. A washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner are also at your disposal. The natural property borders on a sluice and has several areas where guests can play or simply laze about. The centrepiece of the property is the large, naturally designed and unique swimming pond (water depth: 180cm) with private terrace. You'll find plenty of garden furniture, a heated A-frame house (suitable for 2 people - sleep right next to the pond!) and an outdoor barbecue. The carport has 4 parking spaces. WiFi with 50 Mbit/sec. is available. The beautiful holiday home is located within walking distance of the North Sea but without the hustle and bustle of the holiday resorts.

Do something special.....preserve nature in a sustainable manner while on holiday...
Holiday home Annelie focuses on sustainability without loss of quality but with your well-being and comfort in mind.
Holiday home Amelie is an energy efficient house that meets KfW requirements.
With its low energy consumption and low carbon dioxide emission, it is one of the climate-neutral houses in the area.
A good indoor climate as well as protection against moisture, the result of using building materials low in harmful substances and allergens, support your overall well-being during your stay at the holiday home. At the same time, we would like to create a lightness which will contribute to a better global climate.
Therefore, we also furnished and equipped the house with sustainability in mind.
It goes without saying that in addition to a photovoltaic system and geothermal heating, everyday household items, devices and tasks are waste separation, composting, using rain water for the garden and for flushing toilets, LED lights, motion sensors, biodegradable detergents, etc..
The large natural pond in the garden has been lovingly designed as a biotope and serves as an important habitat for flora and fauna. Aside from serving the purpose of recreation, it plays a vital role in in increasing biodiversity.
We designed this holiday home with the goal to further sustainable development which facilitates a socially and ecologically sound standard of living (ecological footprint).
By booking this accommodation is thus an active contribution to climate protection, which will be used towards climate protection projects.

A quiet location at the edge of town, yet within a short drive of the North-Sea resort Burhave, which makes for an easy holiday planning.
Burhave is the right place for those looking for a varied holiday experience. Here you'll find apartments, restaurants, cafes, campsites, a variety of shopping facilities and spa services.
The Spielscheune Burhave-Butjadingen is a fun indoor playground that offers something for the whole family. The kids can race down the wave chute or bounce on the trampoline while the parents relax in massage chairs or play billiards.
Due to Butjadingen's location directly at the sea, the beach is very popular during the summer months.
Swimming in North Sea water without having to watch out for the tides is possible in the Nordsee-Lagune Butjadingen, just a few minutes from Burhave. Enjoy a more quiet atmosphere at Burhave's Grünstrand (grassy beach). Dog owners can let their four-legged companions have fun on the separate dog beach.
The vast landscape invites you take a leisurely walk around the village or along the art promenade that leads to Fedderwardersiel, no matter what the season.

A hobby and a passion: My holiday home I am fond of Butjadingen's landscape and residents. It is a unique region, where you can recover from daily stress, away from the big cities. Here you'll find ideal conditions for letting your spirits flow and relax. When I went on holiday, I always looked for a holiday home with a higher level of living comfort as compared to my own home. After much searching I found Haus Annelie.... Here, guests can enjoy total relaxation, the surrounding landscape and simply take a break from the hectic pace. There's plenty of space for children and games. The peninsula promises a wonderful holiday and you will want to return again and again.
