If you cancel up to 90 days prior to arrival, you pay 50% of the rental price; 89-45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel 44 days or less prior to arrival, you pay 90% of the rental price, your deposit will be forfeited and the lessor reserves the right to try and re-let the holiday home.
Exemption: for cancellations in times of crisis / in case of restrictions on admission into Schleswig-Holstein, we offer credits and transfers of your own choice (in agreement with the lessor, if the house is available) in the year of the booking plus the following year and under the same conditions. Apart from this, the aforementioned cancellation terms apply.

I live where others spend their holiday. The Baltic Sea is a place I got to know and love when I was little. I like taking walks on the kilometre-long beach and even go for a swim on most days, no matter what the season. Lübeck Bay offers everything I enjoy doing, whether it's on or in the water, or various water sports activities. But everyone needs to kick back and relax from time to time. I love Scharbeutz with all my heart!
