If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Das Haus und Garten sind sehr schön man hat sehr viel Ruhe wenn nicht grade 3 mal die Woche der Pool Reiniger ohne sich vorher an zu melden einfach am Pool steht und möchte ihn Reinigen! Die Bäder sind auch sehr schön wenn aus dem Haubt Bad nicht so ein Misser Geruch aus den Abfluss Rohren kommen würde so das leider nur ein Schlafzimmer nutz bar ist in der Küche befindet sich nur eine Große Tasse für den Kaffee an sonsten muss man Gläser benutzen Schüsselen für Salate gibt es auch nicht und die Kaffee Maschine ist so klein das nur zwei Tassen rein passen und Handtücher gibt es nur 4 Stück für ein Aufenthalt von 15 Tagen
