Cancellation policy
The rental agreement is binding, and ordinary termination is excluded. If the tenant does not commence the trip for reasons not attributable to the landlord, the following cancellation fees apply:
• Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 20% of the rental price plus a 12% service fee as cancellation costs;
• Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the total rent as cancellation costs;
• Cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the total rent as cancellation costs.
