Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before arrival, 20% of the rental price will be charged.
If you cancel within 6 weeks before arrival, we will charge you 50% of the rental costs if we cannot re-rent the apartment.
If you cancel within 1 week before arrival, we will charge you 80% of the rental costs if we cannot re-rent the apartment.
We make an effort to re-rent the apartment immediately after your cancellation.
However, if the apartment is successfully rented out, a fee of 10% of the rental price will be charged for our additional effort.

Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is located in a private residential complex, about a 10-minute walk from the beach, 25 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car from the small port town of Porto Valtravaglia. Here you will find all the necessities of daily life and also a great beach. Market day is Monday.
The weekly market in Luino is 10 minutes away by car, and from Laveno, you can reach Milan by train in 1.5 hours or Verbania by ferry in 20 minutes.
Directly from the apartment, you can set off on hikes or bike rides.

Man betritt die Wohnung und denkt und sagt WOW!
Sehr schöne FW mit allem was man braucht.
Die sehr stilvoll ausgestattete Terrasse ist ein Traum.
Morgens schon den ersten Kaffe mit Blick auf den See!
Eigentlich unbezahlbar!
Für mich war die Ruhe sehr prägnant. Erholung pur für Geist und Körper.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist super.
Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen!

Eine außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Blick über den Lago Maggiore. Auf der großen Terrasse lässt es sich wunderbar dem Dolce-Vita nachgehen. Zusammen mit der Outdoor-Küche lassen sich unter der großen Markise schöne Abende verbringen. Und sollte es mal etwas kühler sein, gibt es als Alternative stimmungsvolle Abende vor dem Kamin. Da ist der fehlende Fernseher leicht zu vergessen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Absolut zu empfehlen.
