Living and dining
The large table in the 33sqm eat-in kitchen on the ground floor is perfect for sitting together outside of meals. Upstairs you'll find a fully-equipped living room with a large flat-screen TV. There's free WiFi.
The bedrooms
The two bedrooms on the ground floor are around 15 sqm and each has a comfortable box-spring double bed.
In the basement there is another comfortable bedroom with a large double bed.
You will find three more bedrooms upstairs - one with a large box-spring double bed, one with a double bed and one large single bed (140x200cm) in the small bedroom.
Each bedroom has a (32") Smart TV.
You'll love cooking and sitting together in the modern open kitchen on the ground floor, which is directly connected to the dining area. In addition to the ceramic hob, oven and fridge-freezer, there is of course a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Bathrooms
There are two lovingly spruced up bathrooms where the charm of yesteryear has been retained; each has a bathtub/shower and a large heated mirror and hairdryer. There is another guest toilet on the ground floor.
Additional
In the basement of the house you'll find a laundry room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. The shoe dryer in the hall area ensures that your wet snow boots are ready quickly for that next ski tour or hike in the snow. There is also a lockable room for bicycles, skis, etc.
In the immediate vicinity (in a radius of approx. 700m) you'll find a bakery, a burger snack bar, a small supermarket and bike rental. Other restaurants are within walking distance.
The 900 sqm property is completely fenced so that you can let your children play worry-free. There's parking for three cars.
The 80 sqm terrace has tables with comfortable seating for up to twelve people, as well as a couple lounge chairs. You can grill together or end the day at the fireplace, roast twist bread over the flames and enjoy your time together. The highlight is the garden sauna, which you can use during your stay.
