Levanto is the starting point for visiting the "Cinque Terre", by train, by boat and by paths.
The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeings.
It is a "slow city" where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families.
Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot.
Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
Its unmissable bike path on the sea with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track, which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.
Holiday destination
In addition to the famous 5 Terre, the surroundings of Levanto offer numerous nature walks, water sports such as surfing, paddle, underwater fishing. It is also possible to take boat trips to both Portovenere and Portofino. If you travel with babies, please don't miss the Acquarium in Genova and the City of Children immediately behind it.
Getting there
You can arrive in Levanto by car, exit Carrodano-Levanto, or by train, Levanto Station. The nearest airport is Genova Cristoforo Colombo, about 90 km, or Pisa, 120 km. In the city you don't need the car, you can forget it in the parking place.

The apartment is wonderful, tastefully decorated and comfortably accommodates 7 people. The 360-view is exceptional and the sea breeze delightful. An attentive host, a beautiful location in a pleasant city (do allow for evening noise), a few steps from the beach.
