A very cosy atmosphere where you feel good as soon you enter, magnificent view over the sea for this duplex
There is a cosy living room with a large leather corner sofa, a wooden coffee table and a lamp, TV flat screen / DVD player / stereo.
It has abeautiful view of the sea and you can enjoy youre freetime sitting on chairs at the wooden table.
The kitchen is separated from the living room by a small bar (2 bar stools).
The pool is secured with a key lock. It is located on the ground floor and is air-conditioned, glazed and very bright.
If you wish, I can also arrange dinner on your arrival (at your expense), or you reserve a table (to prevent me at the beginning of the week).

Whatever the season, these villas are rated 3 stars and are exceptional for their sea views and their comfort, combining modernity and seaside spirit.I offer holiday rentals as I would like to find for my own holidays. I started in 2000 with the purchase of a large building in Moguériec a small fishing port, it was alternately a school, a holiday camp, a hotel, we have made a small residence of 5 apartments with a pool in a park of 4000 m², and over the years we acquired or built 3 other villas with pool all conveniently located and lately one that overlooks Dossen beach. I don't speak German but I have Vasco electronic translator.
