You can reach the wide sandy beach in just about a 15-minute walk. Enjoy Ameland actively - from Buren, you have countless opportunities to have a perfect active holiday.
Getting there
You can conveniently reach the ferry terminal in Holwerd by car from all directions. If you wish to take your car to the island, we recommend making a car reservation in advance at www.wpd.nl.
If you prefer to travel by train, your destination station will usually be Leeuwarden - from there, you can quickly and comfortably take a taxi to Holwerd for about 40 euros, or opt for a cheaper bus ride. The taxi ride takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic, while the bus journey takes around 50 minutes.

Schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage in Buren mit zwei Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Einrichtung hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Die Terrasse des Penthouse ist sehr groß und mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug, daher ist das Penthouse für ältere Menschen und Personen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung nicht unbedingt geeignet. Gewünscht hätten wir ins noch eine 2. Toilette in einem Badezimmer, ist aber kein Grund nicht nochmal zu Buchen.
