Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price. (The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.)
Since sometimes things do not develop as planned, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance (e.g., with Europäische Reise- und Storno-Versicherung).

Die Ferienwohnung, wie auch die Lage sind super. Wir haben die ganzen Tage unser Auto stehen gelassen und haben wunderschöne Radtouren vom Haus aus gestartet. Auch das schöne Örtchen Seeboden ist gut zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar, ebenfalls ein schöner, kostenloser Badeplatz am Millstätter See. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und für Fragen stets offen und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns sogar beim ausladen geholfen, ohne jedoch aufdringlich zu sein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Der mega schöne Garten ist auch sehr gepflegt mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Familie Stoxreiter und werden sicher einmal wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Die Ferienwohnung war wie erwartet. Sehr schön und sauber, mit kleuner Terrasse und Zugang zum Garten. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben sogar eine Abholung vom Bahnhof möglich gemacht. Gerne wieder.
