Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. The tenant's cancellation must always be in writing (by mail or email). The following rules apply:
From the time of booking until six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental until the second week before the start of the rental, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad, just 150 meters from the beach and the sea, and close to the shopping arcade. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in Cadzand-Bad. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southernmost point of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.

Uns hat die Wohnung und Einrichtung sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtung hat unser Geschmack getroffen. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Super Internet, nur 3deutsche TV Sender kamen wir auch gut klar. Meer oder Centrum sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Unser Hund hat es auch gefallen. Service war auch super - uns wurde alles erklärt. Kommen gerne wieder.
