Cancellation policy
From 6 to 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged, from 2 weeks until arrival 100%. If we manage to re-rent the holiday apartment in the event of a cancellation, which is our primary goal, all cancellation fees will of course be waived. If this is not possible, the date of receipt of the cancellation by us is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee amount. In case of later arrival, or early departure, the agreed total price for the booked period will be charged.

The Sticklerhof is a typical South Tyrolean fruit and wine farm.
Together as a family, we manage our farm.
We are Conni and Ulrich
with our children Felix and Jonathan, as well as
our grandmother, the former farmer Burgl.

Eine Unterkunft, bei der alles stimmt.
Liebevoll gestaltet, draußen, wie drinnen.
Die tolle Versorgung mit Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten.
Der leckere Apfelstrudel der unglaublich liebevollen und emphatischen Vermieterin "Cornelia Kiem".
Ein Ort, an dem wir unseren Alltag total vergessen konnten.
Wir haben täglich den Schwimmteich nach unserer Wanderung genutzt.
Frau Kiem stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite...Hier ist die Welt noch in Ordnung.
Kein Stress etc.
Einfach unglaublich, was Kiems da geschaffen haben.
Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
