The timber-framed house "Alte Schüre" dating from 1834 was lovingly renovated and redesigned from 2002-2006.
The house was renovated as much as possible using ecological building materials. For example, all interior, exterior and roof surfaces were completely insulated with hemp.
The "Alte Schüre" is in the center of Elpe, idyllically located at the Elper Bach.
