Our luxury villa in the Cala Mendia is a dream location for us. There's nothing more beautiful for us than sitting with a cold drink on the covered terrace and enjoying the view over the endless sea, watching the sail boats and with luck, seeing a few leaping dolphins in the bay.
A reuperative sleep is important for a wonderful holiday. Therefore we've equipped both bedrooms on the sea side with very high quality pocket spring core mattresses from the Schramm company. There are mattresses in various degrees of hardness available for a relaxing holiday.
You enter villa through the spacious open entry hall. From there you enter the inviting living area with its breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. In the high quality furnished living room you'll find a spacious corner couch and a large dining table.
In the adjacent, fully equipped kitchen you can prepare your meals together. There is another dining table for up to 10 people on the huge covered terrace with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The most beautiful space in the villa is the large lounge area with corner couch on the terrace and the fantastic sea view. Here you can admire the sunrise over the Cala Media in the morning. A magic moment you just shouldn't miss.
The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor.
The master bedroom with a view of the Mediterranean Sea has a double bed (200 x 200, separate mattresses from Schramm) and adjacent marble bathroom with raindance shower and whirlpool tub. The other sea view bedroom has two Schramm beds (200 x 100) that can be attached as a double bed or used as individual bed. The adjacent natural stone bathroom has a large raindance shower, a double whirlpool bathtub, bidet, toilet and two sinks.
The third bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed (200x200, separate mattresses). On the ground floor floor there is an additional bedroom with two separate king size beds (2x 140 x 200) that can be pushed together. The bedroom has an adjacent shower with sink and toilet.
The villa has an exceptionally large pool of 11 x 5 m with whirlpool area.
The villa is heated and is also available to you in the cold season.
You can park three cars on the property. Additional parking on the street.
Bed linen, hand towels and wifi are on hand and included in the price.
New furniture was purchased for the house for the 2019 season. The furniture will be delivered in the spring of 2019. The pictures still show the old furniture. The floors and the paint in the house were renewed for the 2019 season.

Through the garden gate you reach the beautiful sandy bay of " Calla Mendia" in a few steps, or on the other side, the "Cala Anguila" in three minutes. The third bay, the "Cala Romantica" can be reached on foot. From there, you can start lovely walks along the cost past Cala Varques or the Pirate Caves. Don't miss the famous Dragon's Den in Porto Christo. In Porto Cristo you can rent boats of all types and without a driving license. Around the port you'll find one of the best restaurants on the island, the "Roland" .
The bay below the villa is great for snorkelling due to its many kinds of fish.
Freshly caught, grilled fish can be ordered at the beach restaurant in Cala Mandia and enjoy them right on the terrace.
