Holiday destination
The holiday home is located about 500 m from the sea (sandy beach). From a cul-de-sac you take a road with separate footpath through a holly oak forest which ends at the sandy beach. The Fort de Bregancon lies on a peninsula of the bay, and is the summer home of the French presidents - so no one can build around it.

Wir kommen nun schon seit 2011 immer wieder hier hin. Mal im Herbst, mal im Sommer. Es ist mittlerweile so etwas wie unsere zweite Heimat. Unsere Jungs sind quasi hier aufgewachsen. Es ist ein Ort nicht nur für junge Familien, sondern auch für Eltern mit Teenagern. Es ist ein Ort für Paare, die vielleicht außerhalb der Saison die Natur der Provence und des Luberon erleben und erfahren wollen. Das Haus, der Garten, unglaublich nette Gastgeber: ein Ort der Entspannung und Erholung. Einfach... unbeschreiblich schön.

Als Erstes beeindruckte uns und unsere drei erwachsenen Kinder der große Garten mit den alten Bäumen und der typische provenzialische Duft. Ideal zum Lesen oder sonstiges (W-Lan vorhanden). Das Haus war sauber, praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts. Im Kühlschrank warteten sogar eine Flasche Wein und andere Getränke. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit ansprechbar, offen und zuvorkommend. Gleich in der ersten Woche verbrachten wir einen netten und interessanten Abend auf ihrer Terrasse. Dass es in dem Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gab störte uns wenig, da wir auf dem Weg zum Strand gleich am Ende der Straße eine Hütte entdeckten, wo man Baguettes und Croissants für den nächsten Tag bestellen konnte. Auch leckere Pizza wurde dort verkauft. Toller Ort zum Entspannen. Merci beaucoup!
