Villa Ulivo, is a Luxury Villa located within a luxurious condominium of Villas in Castiadas, a renowned tourist resort on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia.
On the ground floor the living area is spread over two staggered levels where there is a living room with a large and comfortable double sofa bed, a dining area furnished with a characteristic and precious granite table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower.
The first floor is reserved for the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom.
All the rooms have a window and/or a small balcony overlooking the villa’s garden, from which it is possible to admire the sea on the horizon. On the floor there is also a second bathroom with shower.
The villa has, an independent entrance and parking space, a well-kept garden, a private swimming pool, a solarium equipped with sun loungers, an hot-water shower and a functional BBQ area.
