Host's notes
Cancellation policy
We kindly ask for your understanding when we require a booking deposit of 30% of the total amount. The booking deposit will be retained as compensation if the service is not utilized. Consumer protection: We refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005. Written cancellation: up to 60 days before the start of the holiday, we must charge 50% of the accommodation price, and within the last 14 days, we must charge 100% of the accommodation price. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. In the event of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the entire booked stay. Payment: we prefer bank transfer before the start of the holiday. Cash can be accepted up to Euro 999. Payment by card is something we try to avoid. Arrival and departure: Your holiday apartment will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM. Free pick-up service from the nearest train or bus station upon arrival and departure.

Holiday destination
Experience your holiday destination up close and intensely while cycling past orchards and forests. Hiking trails for everyone, ranging from Waalweg paths to summit tours, can be found in our hiking folder. Numerous swimming pools and lakes provide a pleasant cooling off on hot days. However, city and village visits, castle tours, museums, and events should not be missed during a vacation in South Tyrol.
Getting there
The Plateidhof is situated above Lana at an altitude of 550 meters. From Lana, you take the Gampenstraße towards Tisens/Fondo, but after about 3-4 km, turn right onto St. Georgstraße. At the junction, there's a large stone marked "Luftkurort Völlan/Foiana," so it's hard to miss. Continue for another 2 km on St. Georgstraße, and you'll find yourself directly in front of our fruit farm (St. Georgstr. 14). We are the first farm on the right, right next to the road. In front of our driveway, there's a stone with the inscription: "Ferienwohnungen Plateidhof".

Host informationWe are a family of five who, with great diligence and passion, manage the "Plateidhof" fruit farm, featuring 7 hectares of orchards, 30 hectares of forest, and a farm holiday experience with 5 holiday apartments. Our main crop is apples, but we also cultivate cherries, apricots, blueberries, chestnuts, and other fruits. Our family naturally includes our numerous animals: the miniature sheep, the donkey, Justy the dog, and Felix and Yaris the cats.
