Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, we charge 20% of the rental price up to 75 days before the start of the rental period, 40% of the rental price from the 74th to the 45th day before the start of the rental period, 70% of the rental price from the 44th to the 30th day before the start of the rental period, and 90% of the rental price from the 29th day before the start of the rental period.
Upon request, we can arrange travel cancellation insurance.

The "Promenade," the main square, is about 50m away. There is a market on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Within walking distance, you can find shopping facilities, a bakery, a butcher, and the bus stop for line e, which takes you to Valras-Plage or Beziers for 1 €.
In July/August, a bus goes to Serignan-Plage. The stop is about 300m away on the other side of the Orb river, right next to the "Passerelle."
The Cave Cooperative offers wines from the "Vignerons de Serignan," and various domains in the area provide olive oil and their own wines.
Serignan is an ideal location for beach and bathing pleasures as well as many scenic, cultural, and culinary delights.

Wir haben im August 14 Tage mit unserem Hund in diesem ganz wundervoll restaurierten Haus verbracht .Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und der Empfang des Gastgebers sehr herzlich.Die uneinsehbare Dachterrasse ist himmlisch . Die Ausstattung ist perfekt , die Lage ebenso. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Bäcker, Metzger, ein kleiner Supermarkt, diverse Restaurants und 3 mal pro Woche ist Markt .In weniger als 300m ist man im Feld , an der Orb und auf dem Bouleplatz. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt . Sérignan ist ganz bezaubernd, mit allem, was zur französischen Lebensart gehört und schönen Stränden noch dazu. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)!

Liebevoll renoviertes altes Häuschen mitten im wunderschönen Ortskern . Gute Ausstattung, nichts vermisst, hübsche Terasse zum Frühstücken, Essen und oder verweilen. Da ohne Auto unterwegs haben wir alles im ort zu Fuß erledigen können, und haben uns über die gute Busverbindung zum Strand und zum Nachbarort gefreut. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!
