If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

This is a rural house located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Artà. The town is about 1.2 km away so it is perfect because you can enjoy the peace of nature while having all services for an independent stay very near: supermarkets, bars and restaurants where you can taste the delicious Mallorcan cuisine. It also offers an easy access to the eastern beaches like the one of Canyamel which is the nearest one about 12.8 km away, and other dream-like beaches and coves. If you like playing golf there are several courses nearby and the closest one, about 7.6 km away, is the Golf of Capdepera.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Finca. Die Einrichtung ist modern, die Badezimmer sind sehr groß und komfortabel. Bei der Inneneinrichtung fehlt es an Nichts. Der Aussenbereich mit den verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten und dem großen Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der sehr schön und stylisch angelegte Garten. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar. Da wir schon viele Fincas auf Mallorca gemietet haben, haben wir gute Vergleichsmöglichkeiten und würden diese Finca mit der höchsten Punktzahl bewerten und jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Es war alles perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder.
