Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees must be paid:
In case of cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In case of cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In case of cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

Holiday destination
Location:
The detached holiday home De Mossel (Muschel) is a modern house built in the style of Texel. Quietly situated in the village of Oost near Oosterend with an unobstructed view over the meadows and towards the Wadden Sea dike. The World Heritage Wadden Sea is less than 500 meters away, and the historic polder mill is also very close. Along the Wadden Sea dike, there are special nature reserves that are important for the many foraging and breeding birds. The bicycle path along the dike takes you to the nature reserves Utopia, Wagejot, and Ottersaat. On your way to the fishing village of Oudeschild, you pass by the IJzeren Kaap and a small Wadden beach.
Getting there
By car, you drive to Den Helder. There, you take the ferry to Texel. Upon reservation, you will receive further instructions for your journey.

Wir waren 2019/2020 sowohl im Mossel- als auch im Kokkelhaus. Großartige Häuser in bester Lage für alle die keinen Rummel wollen. Für Fotografen und Ornis ist der Vogelboulevard mit dem Wagejot problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Ferienhaus Mossel ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage, im netten kleinen Oost und die
geschmackvolle und gute Ausstattung. Dazu ist es sauber und gepflegt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben dort eine super Zeit verbracht!
