The house is located on a small hill at the edge of the forest. Hikes and trails are nearby. Also the bathing lake and the park with minigolf and swimming pond is in the area. The nearest restaurant can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and Roßhaupten has everything from bakers to butchers or pizzaria everything a holiday pleasant.

If you cancel between 60 and 15 days before the start of the rental period, 50%
If you cancel from the 14th to the 8th day before the start of the rental period, 80%
In the event of a cancellation from the 8th day up to the day before the start of the rental period, 100%
of the total price.
Nevertheless, we will of course endeavor to rent the holiday apartment to someone else and will then give you credit for this accordingly.
The tourist tax of 1.15 € per person and day will be charged separately.
