Comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms furnished with solid wood furniture, and a spacious bathroom. The well equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The entire flat has wooden floors. Since a high quality interior is of great importance to us, our carpenter made sure to arrange the flats with care and loving attention to detail.
Furthermore, farmer Christine will be happy to pamper you with a hearty farmer's breakfast consisting of various fresh farm products!
In the evening, you are welcome to join us in the barn - for as they say: "Many hands make light work!" Experience first hand the day-to-day work on a South Tyrolean mountain farm!

The Untermathon Hof is situated on a beautiful high plateau - the "Tschöggl" ridge (Monzoccolo). This region is a paradise for hikers and cyclists. The spa town of Merano with its Via Portici (shopping alley) is a short 25-minute drive away and worth seeing.
Vöran/Verano is a small, idyllic mountain village, one of the sunniest villages in all of South Tyrol. Vöran has a good infrastructure and a new panoramic cableway.
Travel route: Take the A22, exit Bolzano south (Bozen Süd), continue on the motorway MeBo towards Merano, take the exit Merano south (Meran Süd), follow the road towards Merano, at the roundabout, take the road towards Hafling, Hafling/Vöran, you'll reach Vöran after approx. 20 km. Turn right, then make a left turn at the church; you'll pass the elementary school (Grundschule); turn right onto the street 'Bachweg'. Follow the street for 700m then turn left. You have reached the Untermathon Hof.

Cancellation fees: Cancelling no later than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the full price; less than 30 days prior to arrival: 90% of the full price. We hope you will understand that in case of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the booking price, in addition to the already paid deposit. In case of an early departure we will charge you for the days you spent here. In addition, 90% of the agreed price for the agreed but unused services will be offset. Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot make your trip.
The booking price does not include the local tax of €1,20 payable by guests over the age of 14.
