Cancellation policy
For reservations confirmed starting from 01/12/2020, the following cancellation policy will apply:
- cancellation up to sixty (60) days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the rental price;
- cancellation from sixty (60) days before the arrival date to the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund);
- cancellation during the stay: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund).
- Cancellation due to force majeure COVID-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to proven travel impossibility due to government regulations restricting the freedom of movement on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, Anita Villas will refund the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to the guest's duty to notify Anita Villas starting from 7 days before arrival, and in any case within the day before the booked stay, of the cancellation of the reservation with specific indication of the reasons mentioned above.
Please note that any possible refund will be made by bank transfer in favour of the booking holder within the end of the year of the cancelled reservation. In the event that the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, in the event of a refund, an amount equal to 3% of the amount paid will be withheld for payment management costs.

Villa La Casetta is a cosy and comfortable house near Sonnino, in the province of Latina, in the southern part of the Lazio region.
The nearby town of Sonnino is built on the top of a hill overlooking the plain in front of the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is characterized by its very narrow streets to walk uphill and downhill and from the ancient buildings made of tuff blocks. In the surrounding area there are many historic towns such as Itri; Priverno, which preserves traces of Roman times; San Felice Circeo, in the National Park of Circeo, with a small and charming old town; Sperlonga, white village, built on a rocky spur overlooking the sea; Lenola, from which you reach the abandoned city of Ambrifi; Campodimele, famous for the longevity of its inhabitants.
The villa is located between the National Park of Circeo and the Natural Park of Aurunci Mountains, just 45 km from Latina and 100 km from Rome. Naples is 160 kilometers away.
It allows you to easily reach the beaches of Sabaudia, Terracina (20 km away) and, a few kilometers further south, those of Sperlonga and Gaeta. From the ports of Terracina or San Felice Circeo you can reach the Pontine Islands, in particular the most famous island of Ponza, for an interesting naturalistic trip.
This area is renowned for the production of olive oil, dried figs, pasta with meat or game sauce, 'ciacaprete' (commonly known as strozzapreti) and the sheep milk cheese called 'caciotta', which you can taste at the many restaurants in the area.
The villa is located in a very quiet and private position, nestled in the countryside, with a wonderful view extending from the hills to the Tyrrhenian Sea, enclosing olive tree groves and cultivated fields.
The villa is surrounded by a large park of olive trees, completely fenced. There are two entrances equipped with an automatic gate. For cars ample parking also shaded are available.
The pool, with a large sun terrace, is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and enjoys a magnificent view of the valley. Next to the pool there is a pergola with a wood-burning oven, hob, sink and everything you need to dine comfortably outdoors: a large table and chairs.
On the first floor of the villa there is a large terrace with table and chairs.
For guests there is also a ping-pong table, a table football and a football pitch on the property.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief vorab einwandfrei ab!
Leider wurde am Tag der Anreise Nachmittags unser Auto auf einem belebten Einkaufsparkplatz gestohlen. Unser Vermieter Marco und sein Vater kamen uns sofort zur Hilfe und Vermittelten zwischen Polizei und uns, da gefühlt keiner Englisch konnte, außer unser Vermieter. Den Tag darauf nahm er sich für uns Urlaub und half uns, alles weitere zu organisieren (Mietwagen, Anzeige, u.s.w) Wir haben so eine selbstverständliche Hilfsbereitschaft selten erlebt.
Die Villa selbst ist einfach traumhaft. Der Pool ist sehr groß, außerdem gibt es Tisch-Tennis, Kicker, und oben auf dem Grundstück ist noch ein großer eingezäunter Fußballplatz.
Unglaublich sauber und aufgeräumt ist es überall! Wir kommen sicher wieder.
