Cancellation policy
The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:
Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period 10% of the rental price
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the rental price
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the rental price
Cancellation 21 days to 12 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the rental price
Cancellation 11 days before the start of the rental period until the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price

Das Ferienhaus Möwe ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was mach braucht. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause und der Urlaub beginnt sofort nach Ankunft.
Der geschmackvoll angelegte Garten ist komplett eingezäunt mit variablen Sitzgelegenheiten für sonnige und regnerische Tage (überdacht) - einfach herrlich. Sonnenschirme, Liegen und ein Grill sind vorhanden.
Die Lage zum Strand ist optimal. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Frau Vogt ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wird sofort reagiert. In diesem Jahr waren wir schon zum zweiten Mal im Ferienhaus Möwe, für das nächste Jahr ist natürlich schon reserviert! Vielen Dank für alles!

Das Haus ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt hier nichts. Küchenausstattung mit wirklich Allem was gebraucht wird. Geschirr in einer großen Anzahl, sodass nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit direkt alles gespült werden muß.
Der Garten mit mehreren Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeit ist eine Oase für Ruhe und Relaxen.
Durch die komplette Einzäunung konnten sich hier unser Enkelkind und der Hund sehr wohl fühlen ( ohne das ein Erwachsener immer hinterher sein mußte ).
Einen kleinen Minuspunkt müssen wir leider bei der Sauberkeit machen.
Frau Vogt haben wir direkt nach Ankunft darüber informiert.
Fazit:
Ein gelungener Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden und es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt.
Netter Kontakt mit Vermieterin. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!
