Cancellation policy
Our Cancellation Policy:
You will receive our booking confirmation by e-mail immediately after your deposit-payment of 50% of the total amount has been credited to our EU Bank Account (a SEPA transfer usually takes a day or two).
If you cancel your reservation within 48h after we sent you the mail with our booking confirmation we will refund you the full deposit (less bank expenses) within one week .
If you cancel your booking until the 30th day before the rental date, you will be refunded 50% of your Deposit (less bank expenses) within one week.
In the event your cancellation reaches us after the 30th day before the reserved date of your arrival, you will not be refunded.
Since the total rental price is due in advance you are requested to transfer the remaining amount in good time or make a cash-payment on your arrival. We do not accept credit cards. There are ATMs and banks in the neighborhood where you can get cash with your cards.

Holiday destination
Villa Vergissmeinnicht is located on the outskirts of Antananarivo, in Antsobolo, a village-suburb with perhaps 60, partly traditional Malagasy houses, a catholic church and a large school attached to it. The village, the church and also the small quarry behind it can be easily reached on foot and may be visited without problem. The charm of this suburb lies in the beauty of its landscape, the rural ambience and the proximity to the City (5 miles), the extraordinary nocturnal tranquility and the relative safety of an environment where people still know each other.
From here, it is particularly easy to visit the 75 miles away rainforest of Andasibe, with its free-living lemurs, or to continue on to the East-coast towards Tamatave. The drive down there is very appealing. Other destinations include the attractions of the city centre such as the Rova Palace, the Zoo, the Queen's Palace of Ambohiimanga, the Lemurs Park, the Crocodile Farm, etc. In the city centre there are nice places to eat well, to drink beer, or having a coffee and to look at people passing by. Hints about restaurants and other information can be obtained from us at any time. We would be happy to help you with the rental of a chauffeur-driven car or to arrange for a trusted taxi driver.
Getting there
For exemple: regular flights with Air France via Paris-CDG,
or with Air Mauritius, Kenia Airways, Ethiopian Airways via Paris-CDG
or Corsair from Paris-Orly (via La Réunion).
Airport transfer to the villa (15 miles/25€).
Villa Vergissmeinnicht-Antsobolo is situated on the eastern outskirts of Tana (Mahazo) where the RN2 leaves for Tamatave (Eastcoast). Busline 147bis from Mahazo direction ISPM passing Ambatomaro police station until bus-stop RAKMAL (total distance 1 mile). Then follow signs « VILLA V ».
