A prestigious late gothic palace in the centre of the Canal Grande route, the area of San Samuele and Santo Stefano has been traditionally the residential space of the city where all the most influential families have established their main residence. Being equally distant from San Marco (political and religious centre) and Rialto (business centre), it represents the perfect location from which they have exercised their power and managed their interests in more than 1000 years of history of the Republic of Venice. The first settlements in the area date back to the 10th century and the first palaces were built in the 12th century.
Palazzo Garzoni Moro has been built in the 15th century and it has been restored completely in 2017. It is composed by a large residence facing the Canal Grande and privately owned and 8 apartments in the rear part of the Building all facing the private courtyard, the nearby canal and the Venetian roofs. Despite being close to most attractions and tourist’s routes for the Guggenheim Foundation, Accademia di Belle Arti, Museo Franchetti, Palazzo Giustiniani and Palazzo Fortuny it is extremely quiet. The proximity to Salizada San Samuele, Calle della Mandola and Campo San Maurizio give the chance to the guest to be also close to so many shops, restaurants and the famous antique open market of San Maurizio. Literally 5 minutes’ walk to “Palazzina G” famous luxury Hotel and close to the “Bauer”, key spots for the exclusive night life in Venice, allow the guest to feel and be in the centre of anything that matters and happen in town, especially, during the Film Festival and the Biennale of Arts and Architecture.
The building has been finely restored with easy to use and effective home automation appliances, floor heating, lift, central air conditioning, top and latest design kitchens and bathrooms.
The Clemente apartment is on the third floor and, as all apartments, can be reached with a lift or stairs. It is a large open space with wooden large beam trusses on the ceiling. Very warm and comfortable it has been designed dividing the day to the night area with a large panel. This has allowed the architect to generate in one portion of the space two bathrooms and two bedrooms, The bedrooms are one double and one single, all with windows facing the Venetian roofs and extremely bright. The living area has a kitchen that opens to the living room and dining table; there is also a comfortable structure for enjoying breakfast or a drink sitting on stools. The 42” flat screen can be enjoyed from 2 very large and deep sofas; the dining table can host 4 guests. The apartment has floor heating and it is all remotely managed by an easy and effective house automation system at guest’s disposal. Internet is wireless. This apartment can be the perfect retreat for a couple or for a small family that wants to enjoy all the comforts and space in a luxury environment.

CHECK IN – You agree to call us before getting on board the “vaporetto” or taxi or Bus Shuttle (Alilaguna) from the airport to inform us that you and your party have arrived in Venice and to confirm the estimated time of arrival to the nearest “Vaporetto” / taxi / Alilaguna stop. A member of the staff of the Red House Company will meet you at the “vaporetto” or Alilaguna/taxi stop nearest to the apartment you have rented and walk you to the apartment to show and explain all its facilities.

You agree that if you decide to cancel your reservation, or part of it, you will be refunded as follows:
– 100% refund if the cancelation occurs 15 days before arrival
– 50% refund if the cancelation occurs between a two weeks and a week before arrival
– no refund if the cancellation occurs within a week from arrival
All bank costs involved will be charged upon you. The refund will be related only to what paid at the moment of the cancellation.
