Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels their lease for any reason or does not exercise their rights arising from this contract, or only partially exercises them, without formally canceling the contract, the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord compensation as follows:
15% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs more than 3 months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental amount (excluding additional costs for the use of gas, water, electricity, etc.) if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
If the rental property can be re-let for the same period, the tenant will be fully refunded the rental price minus a maximum of €30,-- for handling fees.

Wir waren das erste mal in Mallemolen, und hatten das Gefühl als kämen wir schon seit Jahren.
Baan und Carla haben uns empfangen und betreut als wären wir seit Jahren Stammgäste.
Meine Frau und ich sowie unser Erwachsener Sohn haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kinder ist das bestimmt ein Paradies.
