Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend bei der Buchung. Leider vor Ort dann nicht mehr so engagiert. Das Haus ist toll und gut geschnitten. Leider waren beide Sonnenschirme defekt und das Haus war nicht sehr sauber. Die Bilder sind veraltet. Mittlerweile ist die Hecke höher und blickdicht was uns richtig gut gefallen hat. Von der Umgebung waren wir etwas enttäuscht da es in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Hafen zu Fuß schon recht weit war. Das Haus fanden wir mit den noch zusätzlich angerechneten Nebenkosten dann doch recht teuer.

Das Haus war in Ordnung, nur die Treppe viel zu steil und gefährlich für kleine Kinder und ältere Menschen. Der Park, der Strand alles fantastisch, nur die Treppe sollte sicher gemacht werden. Hatten extra universelle Türgitter mit, die aber nicht passten und auch die Treppe nicht sicher machen konnten.
