Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the Agency can keep: • 40% of total booking price if canceled 2 days after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date • 50% of total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date • 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date • Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying Booking deposit (fully refund is secured) In the event that the Traveler should request to change the number of persons, the arrival or the end date of a confirmed reservation provided that the change is possible, the Agency will charge only the price difference The eventual price difference will be refunded to the Traveler and the new Booking confirmation will be issued. In the event that the Traveler should request to change the abovementioned from 29 to 2 days before arrival, if the new reservation amount is less than the original reservation amount, the Agency will make a change according to the Travelers request, but the amount of the reservation will not be reduced. In the event that the Traveler requests to change a confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit of a different service provider, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation terms stated below will apply. If a reservation change is not possible and the Traveler cancels the confirmed reservation, the Cancellation terms stated below will apply. If the client requests change of the reservation transfer up to 48 hours before arrival, and change is possible, the agency will charge an administrative fee of 15 EUR, and a possible difference in price. Changes less than 48 hours before transfer are not possible. • The guest is obligated to pay the full amount or the balance payment of the total reservation no later than 40 days prior to the beginning date of the service.

FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY 1) If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, or your government has banned tourist travel to the region where the booked property is located, then you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost. 2) If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked property is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the booked holiday home, or flights to our region are canceled, then you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home. 3) If for the reasons stated in Articles 1) and 2) you canceled the reservation within 29 days before the start of your holiday and the agency managed to book the same facility with another guest in that case the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount of payment received from another guest within your term (last minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the accommodation that was originally booked REMARK: • The guest cannot request a refund or a credit voucher for any reason other than the reasons stated above. • Although the cancellation conditions listed in this policy apply to most of our holiday homes, it does not apply to everyone because some holiday homeowners offer stricter or more flexible policies. • At your request, our agents will notify you of the cancellation policy for each house you are interested in. • If your reservation is made before November 1, 2020, our standard cancellation policy will apply, if your reservation is made between November 1, 2020, and February 10, 2021, our old Covid-19 policy will apply.

Apartment VILLA BEGO is located in small and quiet village Naklice and only 7 km from Omiš with the best beaches (sandy and pebble), restaurants and a lot activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, free climbing, boat trips...and other opportunities in Omiš. Famous town Split with great history is only 25 min driving (18km). There is a restaurant Konoba Palacio in Naklice village in walking distance from Villa Bego (200m). Come and enjoy natural environment, spacious and private pool area where you have fully equipped summer kitchen with BBQ.
