Cancellation policy
It is a pity if our guests cancel their trip and the apartment is vacant when other holidaymakers would have liked to come! In case of cancellation or early departure, the flat becomes vacant immediately and the deposit of €100.00 remains with the lessor. If we cannot get a new booking for the same/remaining period, we will charge you the following fees:
30-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount;
14-2 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total amount;
1 day prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount.
We recommend that you protect yourself against the risk and financial loss by taking out a travel cancellation insurance.

The apartment Salzburg is the perfect base for your dream holiday in the Berchtesgadener and Salzburger Land regions. Due to the central location, you only have to walk a few minutes to reach the royal spa gardens (Königlicher Kurgarten) and the Rupertus Therme (spa/pool facility), or you can stroll through Bad Reichenhall's pedestrian zone with cafes, restaurants and shops. The Berchtesgaden National Park, a hiking & skiing paradise, starts practically on your doorstep, and Salzburg is a short 15-minute drive away, but you can also take the bus or train.

Erneut haben wir sehr erholsame Tage in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung Salzburg verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist optimal. Nah an den Geschäften, sowie an Bus und Bahn. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir hatten herrlich entspannte Tage, die Wohnung ist perfekt und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, super sauber, wunderbare Lage, Bäcker / Edeka um die Ecke, Lage mitten in der Stadt, Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten, Tiefgarage, Aufzug, es fehlt nichts!
Buchung und Abwicklung war völlig unkompliziert.
Mit der Gästekarte Bus nach Salzburg, an den Königssee usw. kostenfrei nutzbar.
Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiederkommen, bis bald.
