Cancellation policy
For both dates [arrival and departure day], the date of issue of the lease is used. In case of cancellation of the contract or premature cancellation of the holiday, the following percentages of the rental amount for the agreed period are due, unless the tenant provides a representative who takes over the rental period under the same conditions.
Up to 90 days before arrival: 10% of the rent
Up to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the rental amount
Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rent
Within 30 days before arrival: 75% of the rental amount
From the beginning of the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is due
A cancellation insurance is recommended.

The apartment is located in the center of Schopfloch. The small village, with about 680 inhabitants, is located directly on the Albtrauf at 761 meters altitude in the northeast of the biosphere area Swabian Alb.
There are charming landscapes with great sights to discover. In the neighboring villages there are numerous shops.
Getting there
Arriving by car:
Motorway A 8 Stuttgart - Munich take the exit Kirchheim / Teck Ost. Turn left onto the B465. Then turn off in the direction of Nabern / Weilheim. After Nabern at the roundabout take the second exit. Turn right onto the K1250 towards Ochsenwang / Schopfloch. ATTENTION! Schopfloch is a suburb of Lenningen. On the town sign is Lenningen, but Schopfloch. In Schopfloch in front of the church turn right and immediately left again.
Motorway A 8 Munich-Stuttgart take the exit Merklingen. Turn right towards Laichingen and stay on the L230. Turn left towards Bad Urach / Reutlingen and continue on the B28 until the junction Lenningen / Kirchheim Teck (turn right). Continue on the B465 to the Abzeig Schopfloch (turn right). ATTENTION! Schopfloch is a suburb of Lenningen. On the town sign is Lenningen, but Schopfloch. After the church turn left and immediately turn left again.
Arrival by bus and train:
Take the train to Stuttgart. Continue with the S1 to Kirchheim / Teck. From there either different buses (bus station directly opposite the S-Bahn station) or a train to Oberlenningen. Either way, by bus it goes on the Alb to Schopfloch. Get off at the Rathaus stop and take the road towards Kreissparkasse. Keep left at Kreissparkasse.

Wir hatten einen zauberhaften Urlaub in der alten Schmiede, die mit viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail sehr gemütlich eingerichtet ist und zum sofortigen Wohlfühlen und Ankommen einlädt.
Wir danken Familie Flügel für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die vielen tollen Tipps für die Ausflüge und Einkehr auf der wunderschönen Schwäbischen Alb.

Die Fewo hat unseren Erwartungen voll & ganz entsprochen.
Sie ist sehr liebevoll und dabei sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und auch eingerichtet worden.
Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war zudem unkompliziert.
Sowohl der Vermieter als auch die Familie waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett, aber keineswegs aufdringlich.
Um die wunderschöne Schopflocher Alm wandernd zu erkunden, ist die FewWo eine sehr gute Ausgangsbasis.
Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: In Schopfloch findet sich zur Zeit (?) nur am Wochenende (und dann tagsüber!) ein offenes Restaurant. Will man nicht immer selber kochen will, ist ein Auto notwendig.
Fazit: Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit und danken dem Vermieter Herrn Flügel.
