Medemblik ist the Central Station of the historical steem train that travels (along beautiful fields of tulips in April and May) to Hoorn. Many shops and nice restaurants make it to a lovely town. The castle "Raboud", the Bakery museum and the Steem-engine museum are worth visiting, too.
