Cancellation policy
BOOKING CONDITIONS (FOR STAYS FOR 2020):
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1. When booking, a reservation payment of 30% of the total amount is required
2. 2nd balance (70% of the total amount) due 42 days before arrival.
3. For short-term bookings or NON REFUNDABLE RATE, the total amount is due.

Payments are made in Euros using the following methods:
1. Bank transfer: (free of charge)
2. Credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD) from us: (free of charge) (data will be requested by phone and debited).
3. HOLIDAYHOME ONLINE PAYMENT (FEWO-DIREKT / HOMEAWAY / VRBO / HOMELIDAYS PAYMENTS): + 3% processing fee
4. PAYPAL: + 5% processing fee
PAYMENT POLICY:
1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.
2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS (FOR RESERVATIONS FOR 2020):
Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the next working day is the date of receipt of the cancellation!
When the guest has made a payment, they receive:
1. Full 100% refund of the previously paid amount if canceled 31 days before check-in.
2. 50% reimbursement of the previously paid amount if canceled 15-30 days before arrival
3. No refund of the previously paid amount for cancellations 0-14 days before arrival
COVID 19 REBOOKING OPTION for reservations for 2020:
You can rebook / change your existing reservation for 2020 up to 4 weeks before arrival to another period for 2020 or 2021.
All net payments made are accepted for the new period. (VOUCHER)
All requests for changes that arrive less than 4 weeks before arrival are considered a cancellation.

Holiday destination
Our penthouse is located midst the town of Estepona on the west and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas to the east. The complex is located on the very first beach line with lovely gardens and pool at the sea.
Further you will find a private paddle tennis court.
In just 150 meters there is a very good restaurant with Assador (open fireplace).
In 300 meters you will find the new Albayt Golf & Country Club with excellent restaurant and Spa. Further here is a very good fitness-club.
San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door with numerous bars, restaurants, shops etc. Here you will find a lovely beach promenade along a 4 km long sandy beach, many shops and supermarkets.
The village of Casares is always worth a visit!
Getting there
From Malaga: take toll motorway AP-7/ E-15 direction Algeciras/ Cadiz till Exit Nr.153 Than follow the coastal road A-7/ N-340 in same direction till km 149, take here exit to beach.

Das Penthouse ist so wie zuvor von Frau Hensle beschrieben. Sehr professionel organisiert, auch die Anreise mitten in der Nacht war kein Problem. Es ist alles genau beschrieben und leicht zu finden.
Wir können diesen Vermieter weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben 1 Woche in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung mit einem befreundetem Ehepaar verbracht. Durch die Größe des Penthouses und der Anzahl der Badezimmer fühlte man sich zu keiner Zeit beengt oder gestört. Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer, sehr komfortable Ausstattung und gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge! Viele sehr brauchbare Tipps vom Vermieter erhalten, besonders was die Restaurants betraf. Anfahrt und Übergabe völlig unkompliziert! Können diese Wohnung wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!
