The fully air-conditioned luxury finca with 220 m² is ideal for families. All terraces are directly facing the sea. A highlight is the large garden with direct beach access.
The luxury finca includes a large 2-storey entrance from which they enter the individual premises. On each floor is a single apartment with a living room with large L-shaped couch, an open large kitchen, dining table and TV. There is also a master bedroom with a box-spring bed in the first bedroom and a designer double bed in the second bedroom. Each apartment is rounded off by the spacious bathroom, on the ground floor with an additional bathroom en suit.
The designer finca has a unique and direct sea view. This special position allows you to swim away from the front door. The fine-grained beach in front of the finca is gently sloping and without sea urchins.

If you have had enough of a beach vacation, then you can make trips to the Zrmanja River (Winnetou location), a SUV drive in the National Park Paklenica or a boat trip to round off your holiday.
In addition, you can walk within a few minutes walk in typical local (konobas) Croatian specialities, such as fish or shellfish, caught fresh from the sea or even a typical Croatian stone oven pizza. If you want to cook something yourself in your designer kitchen yourself, there are several supermarkets just a few minutes walk away, where you can shop comfortably.
From the Maslenica motorway exit, signposts lead to the apartment.
