Cancellation policy
In signing the contract it is binding for both parts and the lessee has to pay a deposit of 30 % of the total rent within 7 days. The remaining rent has to be paid 30 day before the arrival.
The lessee looses the deposit if he has to cancel this contract up to 30 days prior to his arrival and he looses the full rent if he has to cancel the contract less than 30 days before the arrival.
The deposit or the total rent will be fully reimbursed if he himself has found a substitute lessee.
For this reason it is highly recommended to arrange a cancellation insurance!

Holiday destination
Moraira,a former fisher village, is located at a small cove between Valencia(120 km) and Alicante(100 km),surrounded by little hills covered with pine and almond trees and vines. The city, without any skyscrapers shows the typical Mediterranean, Spanish environment with many little shops, restaurants, cafes and bars distributed around the yacht harbour. Several beach inlets (sand and gravel) and the hilly hinterland (25 km) offer varies possibilities of recreation.
Getting there
After having received your rental car at he airport in Alicante or Valencia you follow the highway AP 7 to Valencia or Alicante until the exit no. 63 - Benissa, Calpe, Teulada, Gata de Gorgos - Then you take the normal road (N 332) to Valencia until you reach the roundabout where you have to turn right to “Teulada. The rest should be easy with the map provided.
If you plan your journey by car you take the highway AP 7 from the Spanish-French border via Barcelona and Valencia also to the exit 63.

Host informationFor more than 30 years my wife and I are letting our very well cared bungalow "La Alhaja". The list of satisfied guests is very long as demonstrated with according comments in 3 full guest books. As we live permanent in Moraira we are quickly available in case of any problems in order to help.
