A separate ground floor annexe bedroom with twin beds, ensuite shower, toilet and basin is available for an extra charge. One occupant must be over 16 years old.

The Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, has stunning views, many species of birds, wild life and flowers
Plenty of country walks on the doorstep. A favourite of ours is a circular walk that includes a pub where children and dogs are welcome, and locally produced food is served.
The Jurassic Coast and many attractions of Devon, Somerset and Dorset are only a short drive away.
Our nearest town is Honiton with plenty of history, shops, cafés and restaurants.
When a booking is made detailed directions are sent to you. . We greet you personally and show you into the cottage.

If you cancel 31 days or more before the start of the holiday, and we can re-let the dates, we will refund any payment made (this may be less than you paid, e.g. if only some days were re-let or the price was discounted) less an administration charge of £50. If we cannot re-let the dates we will retain the deposit portion of the full cost of the accommodation (i.e. 25%) and return any other payment made.
