If you wish to cancel the holiday you've booked, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 90 days before arrival: 20% of the total booking amount.
From 89 to 60 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount of your booking.
From 59 to 31 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount of your booking.
From 30 days to the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of your booking.
If short term re-rental is possible after your cancellation, the new rate will be deducted.

Holiday destination
The little village of Colonia Sant Pere has retained its Mallorcan charm: the buildings in Coloniade Sant Pere have only one or two floors. There are no high rises like you see in other tourist centres. A small fishing port, a little marina, just next to the beach protected by a breakwater and waterfront promenade with some restaurants and bars make this a charming, quiet location.
Getting there
You need a car to get to the Casita. Because you reach the casita via a field path, we ask you to make sure that there is sufficient space between the undercarriage and the ground.

Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit, Nähe zum Meer, super ausgestattete Küche, auch sonst ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt, ein eingewachsenes Kleinod in der Landschaft, nur zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen.

Wir waren das erste mal in der Casita Pura Vida. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Urlaub. Als erstes diese wunderschöne Lage. Die Finca liess keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles mit so viel Liebe gestaltet. Es fehlte uns an nichts.
Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen.
Hanne und Eva sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Danke an euch .
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
