The apartments are confortable and cosy. They are established with biological furniture and offer enough space for 2-4 people.
The kitchenette is well equiped(4 hotplates, fridge, dishwater,…)
One bed room (with sheets) and a bathroom with towels and the cosy living room are well equiped
For our small guests we have a playground with plenty of toys.

The surrounding area offers you a variety of mountain walks, hiking tours and biking tours with breath taking views to the Dolomites(Unesco Heritage)
From our apartmenthouse you reach the “Seiseralm” with its rich and unique flora and fauna by a new cable car (5 minutes by car from our house).
In winter the “Seiseralm” offers countless kilometers of ski slopes, crosscountry slopes and snow walking trails.
You can also swim in our natural swimming pond.

Brennerautobahn von N bis Ausfahrt Klausen – ausfahren, auf die Hauptstraße Richtung Bozen auffahren, diese Straße beibehalten bis nach Waidbruck dort links über eine Brücke (Hinweisschilder Schlerngebiet Kastelruth), auf dieser Straße weiterfahren ca. 15Minuten aufwärts bis Rondell dort rechts abbiegen Richtung Seis-Bozen, auf der Straße bleibend (7-8Minuten) bis ein kleines Kirchlein auf rechter Seite auftaucht, genau auf Höhe des Kirchleins St.Konstantin rechts abbiegen,

Zauberhafte Ferienwohnung auf traumhaften Grundstück. Besonders der Schwimmteich hat es uns angetan. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und waren immer bereit Fragen zu beantworten und gaben Tips für Wanderungen und füßläufige Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Großartig war, dass wir ohne Auto anreisen konnten und mit dem Bus alle unsere Tourenstartpunkte erreichen konnten. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ganz wunderbarer Urlaub bei Familie Troger.

Wir hatten hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Gastgeber sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend groß und toll eingerichtet. Nach unseren Wanderungen konnten wir uns im Schwimmteich abkühlen und uns im Garten oder auf dem Balkon ausruhen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
