Cancellation policy
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!!
If the client cancels for any reason, the following amounts are due from the reservation to;
a) 30% of the rental amount for cancellations up to 56 days prior to arrival;
b) 60% of the rental amount for cancellations up to 42 days prior to arrival;
c) 80% of the rental amount for cancellations up to 28 days prior to arrival;
d) 100% of the rental amount for cancellations in the last 28 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no-shows.

The new luxury holiday home is located in a quiet area on the edge of historic village Ballum, with a large outdoor pool 650m away.
The beautiful beach in Ballum with forest and dunes is reachable in 10 minutes.\
Skydiving, riding or golfing is possible in the immediate vicinity.
Ballum is located in the middle of the island, where it is quiet and cosy.
Getting there
The ferry from the ferry port in Holwerd will bring you to the island in 45 minutes. If you are arriving by car, we ask you to make ferry reservations in a timely manner. From the ferry port in Nes you can reach Ballum by bus or taxi in 5 minutes. The bus stop is 200m from the house.
In the winter we await you with a cosy wood fire.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich TOP. Alle (groß und klein) haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten super abschalten. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, die leider viel zu schnell vorrüber war. Aber wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank an Frau Kooiker
