Cancellation policy
Unexpected events can always occur. However, it's regrettable for everyone if Villa Sommermelodie remains vacant when other holidaymakers would have gladly stayed. If you are unable to commence your booked stay, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation/Termination
- up to 49 days before the rental start: 20% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the rental start: 40% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the rental start: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the rental start: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental start) 100% of the rental price.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Das Zusammenspiel zwischen der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung, die Nähe zum Meer und dem daraus entstehenden Wohlfühlcharakter haben zu einer wunderbaren Erholung geführt. Nach einem langen Tag am Meer wurde anschließend die Sauna im Haus genossen. Als Hundebesitzer ist die Umzäunung des Grundstückes herauszuheben. Frau Kuzsmierz vielen lieben Dank für den sehr netten, unkomplizierten Kontakt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall in eines Ihrer Häuser wieder !!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Auch mein Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen Brötchenservice vor Ort,das war sehr angenehm!
