As a renter, you can always cancel your booking before arrival with a written notification of cancellation. The date on which the lessor receives the notice of withdrawal is decisive. The cancellation fee is as follows per residential unit:

for cancellations from 59 to 30 days before arrival, 90% of the rental price
for cancellations from 29 to 0 days before arrival, 100% of the rental fee

Tolle Anlage, sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung und Küche mit Klimaanlage, schöner Blick, nette Betreuung durch deutsch sprechende Hausmeisterin, wunderschöne Umgebung, viele kleine Straßen zum Radeln (nä. Mal mit Radnavi!), sehr gute Restaurants im Dorf, freu mich schon auf nächstes Mal......
