Cancellation policy
The renter may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time. In the event of such a withdrawal, the renter shall be liable for the following compensation payments, according to the following breakdown
Withdrawal up to 46 days prior to arrival: 25 % of the rate,
up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the rate
up to 04 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the rate
up to 01 day prior to arrival: full rate
The renter shall have the right to find a substitute who will rent the property for the full original duration of the renter's stay. At the landlord's discretion, a fee of € 50.00 may be charged for this

Host informationWe live in the north of Schleswig-Holstein, run a farming business there, and we produce our own milk. We do not do this on our own. We employ 350 people who deliver milk, as well as 5 employees who ensure that our 350 cows are well. Together with our dog Ella, our parents, trainees, and whoever else is part of our business, we live a colourful live on our Charlottenhof. This is nice but also exhausting. This is why we allow ourselves to take a break from our intense routine whenever possible.
This is the reason why we were glad when we had the opportunity in 2017 to buy this great property in Norway and to build a wooden hut there. In order to make this whole endeavour useful, we are now looking to make this hut available to others in need of a holiday. After all, would it not be a shame not to allow others, too, to use this beautiful property...

Wir haben uns in eurem Traumhaus mit tollem Panoramablick von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, incl der Gewürzauswahl. Die Ruhe hat uns allen sehr gut getan. Auf den verschiedenen Terrassen haben wir die Natur und die gemeinsame Zeit sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
