Cancellation policy
Withdrawal / rebooking / replacement tenant
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time and make a rebooking. The declaration of withdrawal / rebooking is effective from the day on which we receive it in writing (by post or email).

It is only a few minutes by bike to the beach and shopping. There are many leisure activities nearby, from golf to horse riding, surfing, sailing or just sitting in the sun and drinking a coffee. Children love it here!
Hiking and cycling are only two more ways to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Getting there
From Kiel take the road B202, at the end of Lütjenburg, follow the signs to Hohwacht on the left, after 4.3 kilometers in the district turn left into the residents' street "Am Binnensee" and you are there. The house is on the right.
From Oldenburg (Holstein) take the road B202 until it turns right in the village of Kaköhl towards Hohwacht. At the end of the street turn left towards the district of Hassberg, after 600m turn right into the residential street "Am Binnensee" and you are there. The house is on the right.

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen und haben uns super erholt. Nette Begrüßung, schnelle Schlüsselübergabe, so soll es sein. Im Ferienhaus gibt es alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, ein schöner Garten nach hinten raus lädt zum ausruhen ein, auch einen Strandkorb gibt es im Garten. Ein kleiner Schuppen für die E-Bikes mit Lademöglichkeit wurde gern genutzt. Im Keller des Hauses gibt es eine Sauna, die wir natürlich auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig und vom Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock hatte man vom kleinen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit einen super Blick auf den Binnensee mit der Volgelwelt und tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Das Auto kann man direkt vorm Haus parken. Zu Fuß nach Howacht ist man etwa 20 min unterwegs. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Herzlichen Dank den besonders zuvorkommenden Gastgebern für die schönen Tage im Ferienhaus! Wir hatten alle Möglichkeiten individueller und komfortabler Entspannung. Der Blick auf den Binnensee mit seiner Vogelwelt und die großzügige Sauna krönten den Aufenthalt.
